• Check in time 3pm to 12am (mid-night).
• You may also store your luggage after 11am (before you check in)
• Please let us know your check-in time in advance
• Please be sure to let us know if you need to change your arrival time as staff may be absent
• Please check out yourself by 10am
• Please leave the key in the room and make sure that you have all your belongings with you when you leave
• You may leave your luggage after check-out and return to pick up later
• Please leave your luggage at the entrance floor
• There are 6 individual rooms each with its own room keys. No shared rooms
• We do not provide meals
• The soundproofing may not be perfect because Candle House was converted and renovated from an old Japanese house
• Please be considerate of others and remain silent in your room
• Children 12 and younger are not allowed. However, children may stay if the building is reserved as a whole
• There is no curfew, but please be considerate of the neighbors and be quiet when returning home late at night
• Periodic renovations may be carried out as necessary to ensure your comfort, therefore sometimes the interiors of your rooms may differ from the photos'
• Please refer to airbnb's cancellation policy for cancelation fee and associated charges

  n 48 hours after booking and 14 days before check-in date
  • 50% refund if canceled 7 days prior to check-in date
  • Cancellations within 7 days of check-in date are non-refundable
